This fly was invented by Ken Morrish of Ashland, Oregon. Morrish designed the fly to be a sculpin-like fly. There are several different color variations for this fly and you could probably adapt it to your favorite color scheme. Black and Pink Hook - #1-4 Salmon hook with the bend cut off. Trailing hook - #2 Octopus connected by a loop of 30 – 50lb fire line lashed to the shank of the hook. Thread – Pink Tail – Pink Krystal flash 20 – 25 strands Wing – Black rabbit strip and 3 strands of black ostrich herl on each side Overwing – Grizzly saddle hackles Collar – Pink marabou Fins – Black hen hackle tips Eyes – White Dumbbell eyes Head – Black rabbit fur spun in a dubbing loop
