This fly was invented by Geoff Schaake for use on New York’s Salmon River. The fly works in different water conditions and different rivers besides the Salmon. Geoff worked as a guide in Alaska for a time and is a hard core steelhead angler living in the Albany area. The fly is one of a series of flies Geoff calls the Clint Eastwood Spey Series and is named after one of the actors movies.
