The originator of this fly was the late Eugene Sunday of Michigan. He is also well known for his classic Atlantic salmon flies and hand made salmon fly hooks. The fly was invented in 1971 for use in dirty and high water conditions. Hook: Up eye salmon hook Tail: Red hackle fibers Body: Silver diamond braid. Under wing: Sparse white deer, calf or skunk hair. Wing: A pair of Jungle cock feathers tented over the back of the fly. Collar: Fluorescent green or orange hackle. Head: Black
