This fly produces well in the GL area specifically on the salmon river. It can be tied on any type of tube. I like to leave a little room at the head so that I can add tube eggs to the head or cones. It is simple to tie and cheap to boot. Pearl body braid for body. Two turns of black polar chenille Two turns of black marabou Two turns of Orange marabou One turn on black marabou Fly note: I like to tie these big around four inches long it is important not to over palmer the marabou. This fly picture could be over done and might be better of a little sparser.
