Inspired by John Farrar's White Skagit Spey from the Trey Combs bible. This is more of a streamer than a spey, with longer hackle tip wings and thick marabou palmered from the tail (the marabou tip) Great swimming action with a sinking leader or greased line, Charlie has the proof on film from the Gorge. The ladderback J-Plug version for snagging on the Salmon. Highlander green under wing, also great with purple tips under the grizzly. Hair wing - black squirrel Steve K.

You could have put up the shot of the fly in the mouth, (did the photo come out?), not my swetty fat head! It was friggin' hot that day!

10 ft. 7wt rod Rio Clouser 7 wt. line Rio 12ft 7.6 ips. polyleader 4 ft of 2x floro tippet and the olive back fly above (1.5 alec jackson spey)
I was getting down at least 15ft. bouncing off boulders, on the swing.

GI I always look forward to your sharing of your patterns. I def notice a certain style to them that I personally find refreshing.

Thanks man, I am always open to critique, so if you have any comments, let me know. When I look at them, I always find little things to change, and it reminds me to use 37 coats of head cement like Charlie does ;D But I fish them all
