Stacked CDC Spinner (Light Olive) Hook: Daiichi 1110 #18 Tail: Light Dun Microfibbetts, tied split Abdomen: Light olive goose biot tied with ribbing effect visible Thorax: Golden olive Superfine dubbing Wings: Light dun CDC tied "stacked" and spent Thread: Rusty dun 8/0 Note: Stacking the CDC fibers requires tying the full feather (center of tip trimmed out) in facing forward and drawing it down to trap whole fibers at the tie-in point. Use only a few wraps allowing the feather to be pulled back sufficiently. Cut the feather right behind the tie-in point and trim out the tip again. This technique is repeated until a sufficient quantity of CDC fiber is accomplished.
