Here's a fly I came up with in the Blacker tradition, I named it the Emberry, I did do research and did not come up with a fly with that name and if there is please let me know and I'll change it or if the pattern exists, any ways here it is. This one was tied in-hand and pictured in-hand ( bad angle), this one has a gut eye , below are a few victims I captured one from the lower Catt and one from the S.R., on the Dacron eye version. Tag: fine oval silver Tail: teal Body: highlander green seal Rib: fine oval silver Hackle: B.E.P.- natural Collar: teal Wing: Golden pheasant/Golden pheasant tips/ Lady Amherst Tail Head: Light blue seal Enjoy

Very inspirational pattern !! I can see me tying up something similar for steelhead this fall . Thanks for sharing !!
