they look small....
if using a 8wt, maintain smooth casting etc.
tie up some small lead eye clouser's on sz. 2's and lefty's d's on 2/0's. with flashtail (25 strands flash a bou tied 1/2" longer than tail).
all black sz. 2 clouser w) green k flash is good walleye fly.
my best sub surface pike fly sz 2/0 flashtails (clousers, d's & half and half's) tan over white with gold flashtail
go top side for pike also with large foam, pencil, etc. poppers, wakers, bangers over in and on edges of weeds, grass & reeds........this time of year especially.
get some tyger wire bite guard.
fly's don't have to be huge but larger than what you have shown
good luck.

i have caught many a walley on a fly very similar to the marabou egg sucking leech u have there as well as carp and bass on the crawfish. I always fished shallow riffles casting ustream to tailing carp or swinging the leech as slowly as possible through the deep pools. And yes big is key for pike and walleye, especially in muddy water. I always found that carp like the medium to small sized flies.
