Hey all, I hope this is not too frowned upon! I was just wondering if anyone has any used but in good condition 650grain Mid Spey lines they are looking to get rid of. I have been casting both the Skagit and Mid here on the SR and would really like to have a Mid Spey in my collection but with the prices right now and an empty wallet.......
Please shoot me a PM if you have anything you would like to part with!
Sincerely, StumpySteel

I am using a 14' TFO 9wt. I would not mind having a 13' some days but I do like the 14' for a little more control. I have had it set up on skagit but like casting a mid spey ALOT! Especially with the low flows we have had. I got some nice photos I will have to post one of these days from an outing with some buds with the long rods on Sunday...

a normal mid spey would be a 65' head roughly. i think i have a slightly used airflo delta for that rod but it would be a standard at about 57'. let me know and i'm sure we can work something out.

All my friend use 8wts and seem to be doing just fine! I may live up hear but Nick is the master to ask. I do know many guys up here with 13' or so 8wt and enjoy themselves.
