An ever popular and effective pattern designed by John Alden Knight in the 1930's. It was named after the infamous drugged drink. The Mickey Finn is an excellent baitfish imitation having the red band resemble the lateral line of many forage fish found in our waters. Despite its simplicity, the Mickey Finn is a great choice for salmon, trout (brookies especially ), steelhead, bass and just about any other gamefish you can think of. Hook: Your favorite streamer or salmon hook Rib: Oval Silver Tinsel or Silver Wire Body: Silver Mylar Tinsel Wing:Yellow Calftail over Red Dyed Squirrel Tail over Yellow Calftail
