This fly was invented by Joel LaFollettte of Oregon. He likes to use this fly as a change-up fly when the fish don’t take the first fly you have offered them. He also ties this fly on a low water hook. Hook: Daiichi 2151 #2. Tag : Oval silver tinsel. Rib: Oval silver tinsel. Body: Chartreuse Floss over silver Mylar.
