dave..I'll be tying a "mirrored minnow" for the fall swap. If I get on a roll, I'll tie something different for the "B" group, if one gets started.

I see that I'm counted, but I will say for the record that I am in!
I'll tie an articulated glo-bug with a San Juan worm tail, and with jungle cock cheeks to make it swing right...
No, ok, well I'll figure something else out...
Oh I got it! How 'bout a Zoo Cougar?

what are your rules pertaining to a swap..do you make 1 [one] extra for the pot..and do your require a self addressed/stamped return envelope..plus do you also require a 'name tag' on each fly you give out..That's your name..not the fly..And last but not least two other important factors..do each of the tiers submit a pic of their fly with 'Material list' in order of tie..or just the material list because the person running the swap puts up a group pic with names next to the fly..........................AW

AW Most of the guys live around here, and we get together and hand them off in person, and that is the time to ask questions If people send them in then yes they need to include a SASE and postage for it. As far as toe tags, we did not use them on the last swap, but that is a good idea. That way if one of the out of town guys has a questionon how to tie, or wants a materials list, they can send the tyer a pm

We re looking at having the actual swap in the middle of august (exact date TBD).
So if you are going to mail them in, have them in around the first week of august - just to make sure they are in for the actual swap
For the guys who are going to meet up and swap in person, let me know what dates are good for you

Anything past august 7th is good for me. The 7th is my birthday...and somewhere close to that ill be getting my permit. Im still trying to figure a good pattern out for the trade.
