Its a new year and I thought i would bringing back my go to's... the Lady Caroline is a fly that I have the most success and confidence in. Figured I would twist one up with a twist, the secret stuff and a tube.

that's a pretty cool looking fly, nice job man - when you mentioned "secret stuff" where you referring to Gartsides's?, and what sort of hackle is that? I see some flash strands up top but underneath I see blues, reds, green & greys

Nick that is Gartsides secret stuff in peacock blaze. I love that material and have had good luck on that patterns I have used it on.The hackle is blue eared pheasant with a golden pheasant collar with four strands of Copper holo flashabou tied on a 1 inch copper tube.

sweet fly Wylie I got a GP skin for X-mas NOW I need some BEP to build the cool stuff you make That looks like a sophisticated version of the fly from the salmon where YOU caught the only fish that day, I'm seeing a pattern here
