For the second year in a row OOFS will be joining Cattaraugus Creek Outfitters to show our friends (that happen to be clients and customers!) our appreciation of their support.
The Fall party will be on Saturday, September 22 starting at 1 pm, at Vince Tobia's streamside cabin on the CATT. Over night camping will be allowed Saturday night.
Rick Kustich will be doing a spey fishing/casting demonstration on the creek. there will be casting competitions with prizes, fly tying, and some great gear to try out.
Great food and chilly micro-brewed beer supplied by Flying Bison Brewery will be enjoyed around a bonfire.
Please join us and feel free to bring the kids...everyone is welcome at this family friendly event.

I want to thank everyone who came to our party and helped us enjoy the beautiful weather, great food and Flying Bison micro brewed beer--we finished two quarter kegs, along with some bottled lite beer! Special thanks go to Paul Wachter and his wife Mary, owners of Oak Orchard Fly shop, for helping sponsor this great outdoor event. Special thanks also to Wes and Flying Bison brewery for donating the awesome brew! Also, thanks to Dane and Shannon from Humming Herd Alpacas for bringing Clark Gable the alpaca to hang out with. Thanks to Ed Luba. Chris "Coach" Garcea and Carl Hensler for bringing their grills & cooking up our hot dogs, italian sausage and chicken breasts. Thanks to Nick Pionessa and Rick Kustich for doing spey casting demonstrations on the creek. Thanks to Mike Beliveau for bringing his horseshoes, and also for donating his wooden hand-made presentation fly box. Thanks to Jules McCann for helping out with the casting contests, and also to Steve Dobmeier for bringing the kegs and cold taps, as well as the rods for everyone to cast. Thanks also to everyone who brought food and extra beer--we appreciate your kindness. It was great to see everyone and catch up, and also to meet new people. I look forward to next year's party--it seems to get bigger & better each year.
