WINTER SALE!!
It seems I have acquired too many rods and reels through the years and I'm finally realizing: (A) you can only use one at a time, (B) its usually the same outfit, and (C) you're looking like a hoarder! Don't be fooled, I have great taste and this isn't a fire sale I'm offering everything to the OOFS audience first which doesn't mean I'm going to EBay next. I'll probably put the items that didn't sell back in storage and let my kids sell them. Here goes:
Reels;
Bellinger Nickel Silver, 3 3/4" Fly Reel. 3 or 4 weight line. Never loaded with line. $995 through the dealers if you can find them. Price $800.00

Galvin Fly Reel, R 10, with backing. Used but not abused. Great buy. Price $300
Bamboo Fly rods:
Rolf Baginski, 7' 6", #4/5, flamed two piece with two matching tips. The craftsmanship of this German rod maker are beyond compare. Handmade German stainless ferrules with the touch of a true artist, Agate stripping guide (of course). Medium fast action. Never fished. $2100 market price. Price $1500.00
Van Meter "Elite"; 7' 6", three piece, two tip, 4/5#, never fished. I bought an aluminum tube, original is cardboard. Research puts it made in Denver 1970ish, Very clean and well made. Wright McGill ferrules, Phillipson Hardware. I've only seen one other for sale. I'll call it medium action with good power. Price to sell $750.00
Fiberglass Fly Rods:
Fenwick FF706, Comes with original Bag and labeled tube. Used not abused. Price $90.00
Fenwick FF756 Little or no use. No tube or bag, Canadian or European origin. Price $75.00
