This is precisely why when you are done fishing, whether in a stream or lake, Before you move on to another one, even if it is a tributary of the one you were just fishing you should you should wash & scrub off your waders... it takes 5 minutes to use a scub-sponge & some clean water to clean them off -(I carry a gallon jug of hose water w/ me for example)- and then a thorough job with a cleanser when you get home. That & get rid of the old felt sole boots.
Part of being a sportsman is taking care of & maintaining our natural resources for future generations...
Yea I know its a pain in the ass but it's worth it unless you like the idea of streams with no trout in them.

Good post. Clear Creek is way too nice to lose. I haven't fished it much since the temps rose, I sure hope it can be restricted to a small area, especially not going to the Catt.
