Peter Dunne born in Ireland and moved to Quebec invented this interesting fly. It is considered a good fly during bright, cold days and is generally fished in smaller sizes. Hook: Up eye salmon hook. Tag: Fine oval silver tinsel. Tail: Golden pheasant tippet dyed fluorescent orange. Butt: Fluorescent red floss. Rib: Flat silver tinsel. Body: Yellow Wool.
