Ray..that's all the fancy I need. Looking forward to your demo. Could use some new flies & techniques in my warmwater tool box, especially foams.
Nick...I thought those patterns looked familiar. Now I know where I saw them. Thanks for the links.

Thanks, Nick. Especially liked the folding technique. I've always had a problem with getting the feathers to behave. Another reason to keep the scissors in hand all the time.

Nick: Just wanted to say thank you for a great demo. Your demonostration of techniques and tips has really helped "demystify" tube flies for me and given me some knowledge to tie with greater confidence. Looking forward to the upcoming demos as well.

Keith/Nick...GREAT DEMO!! Thanks much for a real informative demo. I'm not used to seeing one fly tied in two hours, but that fly was worth it! It was a real beaut. And I liked the tips that you guys gave us, too. A different way of solving some common problems that occasionally (often?) come up. Thanks again, Keith, and hopefully I'll get to see you at one of the bigger shows one of these years. Next time, though, you might want to consider wearing sunglasses if you're tying near Nick, especially if he has a camera in his hands. Thanks again..jj

chili again? ...can't wait. After last year's chili, I got my fire extinguisher ready. BTW, what are you planning for this year? Every year it's something new; skull heads one year, those colored beads another year. I'll be there..wouldn't miss it...jj
